1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Joiners (app.joiners.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Joiners's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Joiners's website
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Joiners provides a platform for managing user access and permissions across various software applications. The service includes:

  • User onboarding automation
  • Access management
  • User offboarding automation
  • Integration with third-party services

You can connect all the SaaS tools you need, with the only limitation being the number of tools currently available in our integration catalog.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Take responsibility for all activities under your account

Upon registration, you will receive a 7-day free trial. After this period, access to the platform will be blocked if you haven't switched to a paid plan.

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension
  • Billing is based on the number of active employees detected at the start of each billing period
  • An active employee is defined as a user who has an account detected on one of the connected SaaS solutions
  • You can change plans at any time according to your needs, with no restrictions on downgrading except for Enterprise plans with custom integrations
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Joiners account

6. Data Processing

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our service, you agree that:

  • You have the right to share any data you input
  • You will comply with applicable data protection laws
  • You will obtain necessary consents for data processing

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not liable for downtime due to factors beyond our control
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of Joiners
  • Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without written permission

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or unauthorized use of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

Joiners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to your data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the service

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via:
