We allow you to connect all the SaaS tools you need. The only limitation you might encounter at the moment is the number of tools available. Feel free to vote on our integrations page for the SaaS solutions you’d like us to prioritize.
You can cancel your plan at any time from your Joiners account. We’ll invoice you for the current month based on the number of active employees detected at the start of the billing period.
An active employee is one who has an account detected on one of the SaaS solutions you’ve connected. We won’t charge you for users who become inactive in those tools, even if we retain their data in Joiners.
You can change plans at any time according to your needs. There’s no restriction on downgrading from a higher plan to a lower one, except in the case of an Enterprise plan with a custom integration.
The free trial begins as soon as you create your account and lasts for 7 days. After that period, we will block access to the platform if you haven’t switched to a paid plan. For any account deletion requests after these 7 days, please send an email to support@joiners.io.
We certainly provide support to anyone who has created a Joiners account, whether during the trial period or after purchasing a plan. You can send emails to support@joiners.io, and you can also reach out through our contact form.
